“ What a cute experience! So I have to mention that we are traveling here and compared to south Florida, overall food prices experienced here are high. Not just this diner. But having said that: their portion size is huge! Loved that. (I take my box and will have leftovers for dinner tonight ) So this place has a very homey atmosphere, it is themed to rustic and I loved it upon entering. We arrived for breakfast at 9 am on a week day and were immediately Greeted, no wait, and given a table and a huge 2 page newspaper-like menu that on the front page had the story of this diner! Turns out it's part of a chain! Had never heard of them before and now can't wait for them to get to Florida The atmosphere was great, the service was cordial, and the food was abundant: what more can I say !! I also liked/ hated (lol) that they put the calories next to their offerings... so I had to go with their "fit" menu avocado toast. Yumm! I traded the fruit for tomato slices and had all that for breakfast. My seeetie had a traditional "build your own bear" with biscuits and gravy that were HUGE (and delicious!) and 2 eggs and thick bacon. Everything was great. Enjoy! We will be back again! ”

“ I've been meaning to review Black Bear Diner for quite some time now. Like everyone else, my biggest praise here needs to go to the staff and the service provided. I didn't have the highest expectations when I first came in but I left surprised when I realized it's been a long time since we've experienced customer service of this level. Per suggestion of my friend, we stopped here for breakfast with two hungry kids. There was plenty of kid friendly options even for our picky eaters. The coffee was great - I may have had 3-4 cups lol. The food was brought out fairly quickly, presented well and flavorfull. We left with full bellys and appreciation for the staff we encountered. I give Black Bear Diner a 15/10. This location is very family friendly, and service is unmatched. ”
